Some people may feel like brain doesn’t work or brain work slowly and sometime forget thing easily during the day of work or study and sometimes also feel depress, sad, unhappy, bored so this is a 5 tips to restart our body system to solve these conditions. First , start with shower by using warm water to increase temperature of body, some people might want to using a drop of spa oil a bit during taking a bath. it will make our brain feel relieve the stress, more relax both our body and our mind and also feel relax with all our muscles. Second is that try to avoid the factor that make us can not sleep such as cafein Nicotine,alchoho and sweet food or candies that come from drinking coffee,tea,cola,coco,chocolate,smoking or even having eat a big meal before sleep 4-6 hours. If feel hungry,hot milk is the best choisefor that.Third tip os 4 hours before sleep should not do the exercise because it effect to your muscles,it will release endorphine make you more difficult to sleep.however doing exercise in the morning or in the evening 1-2 hours per day will increase cerotonin which is chemical generated from your brain so it can help to sleep tight.For the last tip from the research of organization that study about sleeping in United state report that under the neon light when you going to sleep that will effect ability of you to sleep by the light will naturally pressure on working of Hormone Melanin which is control your sleeping so we should not sleep with turn on the light all night long. And when you get up in the morning, it would be better to spend 5 minutes outdoor to meet sunlight or wind from the window that will support and make us feel more fresh, having a good mood all day and your brain will work effectively. All this tips can help you to reduce stress during the study or work day and keep you alert.
